The analytical software for non-small cell lung cancer gene variation is utilized alongside the HapOnco^® LungCDx EGFR/ALK NGS Testing Kit (Reversible Termination Sequencing), developed by HaploX. It processes fastq format data obtained from DNA sample sequencing results of target gene fragments (EGFR, ALK) generated through dual-end sequencing on an Illumina sequencer. This analysis provides results for identifying tumors harboring EGFR T790M mutations, L858R mutations, EGFR exon 19 deletions and EML4-ALK fusion.
